2. Terms of service
By purchasing or participating in any BEST Programs service (International Learning Program or AI Consulting & Digital-Productivity Service), you (“Client” or “Participant”) accept the following terms:
A. Your Representations
- Accurate information. You confirm that all data supplied in registrations, visa forms, discovery calls, or questionnaires is true and complete.
- Eligibility. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) and legally able to contract for services under the laws of your country of residence.
B. Your Commitments
International Learning Programs (LP) — You agree to
- comply with all laws, visa conditions, school rules, and local regulations in Spain / any host country;
- attend scheduled classes or cultural activities and respect partner-school policies;
- cover your own travel, accommodation, health insurance, and living costs unless expressly included in writing.
AI Consulting & Coaching (AC) — You agree to
- provide timely access to the information, staff, or data we reasonably request;
- implement recommendations responsibly and in accordance with applicable data-protection and employment laws;
- maintain backups of all data and systems; BEST Programs is not liable for data loss on client systems.
Both Services — You further agree to
- pay all fees on the schedule stated in your invoice / service agreement; late payment may suspend or cancel service;
- indemnify BEST Programs, its owners, employees, and partners against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms;
- release BEST Programs from liability for delays, force-majeure events, or outcomes beyond our reasonable control.
C. Acknowledgements & Risk Notice
- No guaranteed outcome. Results depend on your effort, market factors, visa authorities, or partner schools. BEST Programs provides guidance and coordination, not an absolute guarantee of admission, visa issuance, or productivity gains.
- Travel & remote-work risks. International travel (or remote digital work) may involve illness, transport delays, strikes, cyber-incidents, or other disruptions. You accept these risks and carry appropriate insurance.
- Third-party providers. We act as an intermediary between you and partner language schools, cowork-space operators, software vendors, payment processors, and AI platforms. Each third party bears sole responsibility for its own performance.
- Program changes. We may re-assign you to an equivalent partner school, coach, or online learning platform if your first choice becomes unavailable, always seeking a comparable educational value.
- Data protection. We process your personal data under EU GDPR. See our Privacy Statement for full details.
- Entry requirements. You are solely responsible for verifying your passport, visa, vaccination and any other entry requirements for your destination(s).
- Mandatory insurance. You must carry adequate travel, health and—where relevant—cyber-risk insurance for the entire duration of your program or engagement.
- Force-majeure disclaimer. BEST Programs is not liable for injuries, delays or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, or governmental actions.
D. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations (Summary)

E. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- All courseware, templates, and AI-workflow materials remain the intellectual property of BEST Programs or its licensors.
- You receive a non-exclusive licence to use such materials for your own learning or internal business use.
- Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the engagement.
F. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Madrid have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Parties will attempt good-faith mediation before formal litigation.

BEST Programs strives to keep all information accurate and up-to-date but may modify the site, its layout or content at any time without prior notice. - No Misleading Advertising
We do not publish misleading advertising. Any typographical or numerical error will be corrected as soon as detected. - Commercial Communications
BEST Programs will not send promotional e-mails without identifying them as such. Service e-mails related to an existing client relationship are not considered advertising. - External Links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. BEST Programs has no control over, and is not responsible for, the content, accuracy or security of external websites. - Intellectual Property & Brands
