Cancellation 0 - 15 days prior to your expected arrival does not entitle

No refund is given after the start of the internship except in the case of employer negligence.
No refund is given if program certification and receipt have been submitted to the student for the purpose of a student visa and the visa granted. If the visa is denied or cancelled the refund corresponds with the above stated policy. The denial or cancellation must be accredited with official documentation.
Refusal by the student to attend an interview will not constitute reasonable grounds for a refund.
Note: Your travel insurance covers some unexpected emergencies which might cause cancellations. Robbery is not covered by your program insurance. Inquire about broader coverage through your home or local renter's insurance where you can schedule specific personal belongings (e.g., laptop, camera). This is usually possible at a nominal fee with no deductible. Often this will cover fire, theft, loss, etc. in your apartment here as well as while travelling.
